Do you repair watches?

No. We specialize exclusively in mechanical clock repair.

Do you service Atmos clocks?

Not at this time. Atmos clocks are highly specialized and require different training and equipment.

Do you make house calls?

Yes. Usually only for Grandfather clocks. There is a fee to come to your house. Inquire within for that fee amount.

I don’t know what kind of clock I have — can you help?

Absolutely. We’re happy to help identify your clock and discuss options.

Do you do free estimates?

Yes. If you bring your clock to us we can evaluate it and give you a free estimate.

Do you do appraisals?

We're happy to share our experience regarding whether a repair is worthwhile and what similar clocks typically sell for in today's market. However, we do not perform certified or written appraisals for insurance, estate, or legal purposes. If you need a formal appraisal, we recommend contacting a professional appraiser who specializes in antique timepieces.
